Had to visit Germany in January 2019 for business purpose. The location of the hotel was very convenient for me. Train stations were at very walking distances. The hotel rooms were very neat, clean and cozy. Bathrooms also comfortable and very clean. It was winter in January but the room temperature was very comfortably maintained. The small restaurant was serving a decent breakfast. Had a small fitness center also. Staff was helpful. Indeed a very pleasant stay.

Stuttgart is an important business district & has many big companies, industries & their offices in & around the city. Vaihingen is its suburb, where many companies have their offices. I had some work in one of them & hence was booked by them at a business hotel at a walking distance.It is situated at 20min walk from Vaihingen suburban railway station. This hotel is situated on a calm & quiet locality. It is spartan in its structure & decorum. It has a small reception. On the same floor, the breakfast cum restaurant area cum bar is situated. The receptionist knew English language to a limited extent only. There are two express lifts leading to upper floors, where the rooms are situated. I had a corner room & my colleague had another room on the same floor. On comparison we found my room to be very small compared to his. The room had a spartan decor with minimum utilities...a bed, a study table, a mini bar cum refrigerator. It had a few water, drinks bottles. Not a single water bottle was given as complementary & if one wanted water, either he has to buy it or drink tap water. (Fortunately I was told that tap water was of potable standard.) If one really is a stickler, he can go down to reception & ask for water & drink there, as I was told by receptionist. The room had a good view of the surroundings. Flat screen TV had surprisingly many English channels.WIFI connection was not good & if one had to make a whatsapp call, he had to sit on the floor at the entrance door to get a continuous good signal. Laundry service & housekeeping were ok. The breakfast was complimentary & was available on ground floor from 630am onwards. It had a good spread of various items, I preferred eggs, omelet, cereals with milk, croissant, cuts of various fruits, plenty of coffee & yogurt of various flavors. Non-veg spread was ok, as confirmed by my colleague. The walk to the place of work was in homely surroundings & safe, as found, when once we came back bit late at night. Taxi was available on demand at reception. It is a budget hotel & minimum requirements are fulfilled. Recommended for comfortable stay at low cost. Regards,

“Cheap and comfortable ”

Nothing spectacular to be said. The pillows were too soft and basically became nonexistent when you laid your head on them. Nothing spectacular to be said. The pillows were too soft and basically became nonexistent when you laid your head on them. The blanket that was provided was narrow and it took strategic maneuvering to ensure warmth through the night. The free breakfast is acceptable, as an American, I would not say it is an American breakfast as it is advertised. They did have a version of pancakes that I can assure you were not American. It is in a business area and close to patch barracks. €17, 15 minute cab ride to patch barracks or a 1 hr walk. The hotel can be reached by a 15 minute walk from the train station that leaves direct from stuttgart airport. Very easy to get to. €91 for the night and breakfast. Very clean facilities! Customer service is...meh. Food options are around and some can be walked to but very easy to cab to as well. The hotel will cal the cab for you if you don’t speak German.
