“Hotel of my heart”

My third time never been happier. Super clean and well organised. Can’t fault staff as they will do anything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Will see you again. Location is also a key element. Everything is so reachable by public.

“Little gem”

Little gem! Like the vibe and friendliness of the staffs. Room size is adequate for large luggage. Parking at 15€/ night. Lounge space to co-work, have a drink. Breakfast spread is consider good.

Overall a decent stay, in a hotel with a unique concept, although next time if in the area I may look to stay elsewhere. Pros: -Close (100m) to the Feuerbach S-bahn and U-bahn stations. Roughly 10 minutes into central Stuttgart by S-bahn and about 20 minutes by U-bahn. -Relatively close to the Porsche factory tour and Porsche museum, being 2 stops away by S-bahn. -10minute walk away from Wichtel Hausbrauerei. Ate and drank here twice, and would definitely recommend. -Bed comfortable although a bit on the hard side -Slept well after midnight when train noise died down -Free drink (house cocktail) offered at the bar is a nice touch -The hotel bar is decent and the prices are not unreasonable -There is ample room and varied seating options in the hotel lobby bar area and is a nice place to relax. There were always guests in this area, and I believe it is the intention of the hotel for guests to spend their time lounging in the common area instead of the room. Cons: -remediation from water damage on the main level of the hotel was taking place while we were there. There were blue pipes running from floor to ceiling all over and there was no mention of this by the hotel prior to arriving. -breakfast buffet is a rip off at 20eur, and the selection didn't look great. Didn't even try it and got breakfast from the train station or gas station instead. -no mini bar in the room -no wardrobe or storage in the room. There is an exposed coat rack and hooks on a wall mounted metal webbing but no enclosed storage -bathroom very small. even the washbasin is small and awkward to get hands under the water -room was a bit dusty, and there was some hair in the bathroom. Cleaning needs improvement. -rooms too hot, no way to cool them down. Temp was between 23c and 26c. Air conditioning did not seem operable. Opening windows provides some relief, but there is noise from the s-bahn trains, the u-bahn, and the roads -no phone in the room. I ended up walking to the lobby to get toilet paper. -limited food options nearby. A kiosk in the Feuerbach train station and a kabab stand are close. Aldi Sud and Lidl grocery stores are not too far away. McDonalds is a 1km walk away. -parking situation is limited. I was here in low season and there was enough parking, although during busy times the parking may be full and you could have to park off site. Be prepared to have a backup parking plan if arriving by car.
