We arrived on a Sunday with clear instructions on how to use the key box and get to our rooms but was fortunate to run across someone from the hotel who showed us where to park and how to get to our rooms. My stay here was pretty good. I thought the hotel was beautiful. I stayed in a "castle room" and it was decent size for one person.
