“warm room on a cold winter evening”
We arrived in Bamberg in super cold weather and without a hotel booking. Very glad to find this excellent hotel, offering a well-heated room at a good rate. Beautifully renovated old house, with a very decent breakfast served in the vaulted Stube! Extremely friendly staff. We'd love to come back.

“Cozy and Convenient!”
My husband and I stayed there with our German friends who had stayed there before. The hotel is cozy. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very good. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is great! It is centrally located. I would stay there again!

“ABSOLUTELY NICE HOTEL”
This was my first time in Bamberg. The hotel is right in the center of the old town and very close to everything. “A lovely hotel in the middle of Bamberg's historic center”
Perfectly situated, this hotel fits in perfectly with Bamberg's historical center. We had a triple for 3 adults we turned out to be a large studio apartment complete with kitchen & hallway to the main room. Breakfast was a nice buffet in the lobby area. The employees were friendly and helpful.

“So central, very homey”
I can't believe how central this place was. 3 blocks from Schlenkerla, a block from the river, just downhill from the Dom. And we conveniently parked our car a block away in the parkhaus under the tourist center.
