I've ere several times over the last 3 years for work but my most recent trip also included my family. This is actually a butchers shop, a very good butchers shop for those that like their meat but might not be so good for any vegans or vegetarians. The hotel is a family run business, they serve wonderful Bavarian food and the service is fantastic. It's very well kept, clean, good Wifi etc. We stayed in a huge family room that also had it's own kitchen and the price of 90 euros was very reasonable. If you do like meat then you are free to point out which part of the animal you'd like to eat (from a diagram) and then they bring the cut out to you for inspection prior to them cooking it for you. The 'white sausage' is the house special and well worth trying. I love staying here, it's very friendly yet professional

The hotel is not a big one, but suitable for business travell to Neumarkt. There is a nice Restaurant where they serve own produced speciality - white sausage or Weisswurst how they call it in german. There are also local specialities of Bavaria and some steaks and traditionall german cuisine which unfortunatelly I never had chance to taste, if so I will update this review. Now to the hotel - rooms are clear and spacey, there is everything you would need besideds A/C, which was a little fail in the summer with 40 Celsiu Degrees during the sunny days. Personell is very friendly and always willing to help.

For a visit to a fair in Nuernberg I booked this hotel. 2 nights for Euro 330 incl breakfast. It was announced as a suite... The photos gave a good impression, the reality was quite different. I had a room at the 2nd floor under the attic. A mini bathroom with a shower wth a ceiling height of 1.90 m. Towels clean but overused so thin and hard. The bedroom was OK, The bed was nice and clean. The lighting was poorly thought over, switches at wrong places and too much or too little light. The carpet, a dark brown hard type, that in the corners had become grey of colected dust. The room was very noisy. At 5 in the mroning delivery vans ket on coming and it was therefore not difficult to get up early. The restaurant was typical gutbuergerlich. The food very enjoyable if one likes German food (as I do). Parking on the street. In case of a fully booked hotel it is difficult to find a place. No emergency exit on the second floor and with all the woodwork such does seem not superfluous in case of a fire.

Generally a nice hotel, very friendly staff, newly renovated rooms (main building) equipped with small tv, but no phone or emergency phone number outside reception opening hours. The noise of the big central air conditioning unit outside my first room was unbearable (from the response when I was able to phone up owner/reception, others had complained about that room (then fix it)) but there was no problem getting a new room. The doors to the rooms are not hiding much and you know what other guests are saying and doing. The restaurant is good, large variety of well prepared dishes. Definitely worth visiting in the evening. Morning buffet was fine but nothing special. + newly renovated rooms + friendly staff + evening restaurant -noise -non existing reception / phone number
