“Good value for money”

Small hotel near highway, harder to find. Good parking near tank station. Friendly owners. Local food. Smaller room. Standard furniture. Quick wifi. Simple breakfast. Good place for sleep on business trips. For me good hotel during work trip.

Clean but basic room. Free Wi-Fi was very intermittent often non existent. Friendly staff, helpful staff. Restaurant good, breakfast very poor, not much choice. Ok for overnight stay, about 6kms from autobahn. Views over countryside, shop nearby.

“A Stop Off Hotel”

We broke a 13 hour journey with a stop off here. There was a brand new motorway exit about a minute from the hotel but our GPS directed us to the hotel from the old exit, which made access far longer than it needed to be. We broke a 13 hour journey with a stop off here. There was a brand new motorway exit about a minute from the hotel but our GPS directed us to the hotel from the old exit, which made access far longer than it needed to be. Check which motorway exit you need before you leave! There was a warm welcome with a very generous if not very good quality dinner. The family room we were given was very large but tired and in need of updating. A bit depressing. The bathroom was also large and with a nice shower but the towels were old and worn. Also a bit depressing. Breakfast was included in the reasonable price but perhaps being the only guests, no one was around to serve it! So we had a long wait for coffee and bread and no apology. That was disappointing. We probably won't stay here again as we will try somewhere new in the hope of finding something better. But purely as a brief stop-off on a long drive you might like to try it. Especially if you need a large family room. Outside, there is a small play area for very young children and space for older kids to run around. Could be nice in summer for parents and kids alike..
