“Flexible, great staff.”
Fantastic - last minute unplanned arrival, very late at night. Two staff at the reception were incredibly helpful in getting a room ready for my family, which already had 2 sleeping kids ready for a bed. Room was spacious and clean - easy access to parking.

“Good hotel near the airport”
Great hotel near the airport. There's also a bus stop nearby, and the S-Bahn stations are relatively close, so you can easily get to the center of Berlin. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the reception staff helped with everything i needed.

“Visit to Berlin”

“Helpful and efficient hotel staff!”
The staff were super helpful and friendly. I had some special requests, like changing the room and special breakfast requirements - I was assisted in both instances. I totally recommend this hotel.
