I had an enjoyable stay for one night at Astor und Aparthotel. The taxi from the airport cost almost 40 euro so I would recommend getting the train to Cologne central which cost 3 euro and is a 20 min walk to the hotel. “Weekend with friends”
The location is great. Public transport is (almost) just around the corner. If it gets a bit noisy in the courtyard you can close the windows and you can hear nothing anymore. The room I had was spacious and clean, the matrass very good and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
