“Kind and considerate staff”
I had to cancel my stay due to sudden change in travel plans, but missed the free cancelation window. I called their customer service and explained my situation, and for the trouble i offered to pay for one night and requested to have the rest of the stay canceled. “Nice stay (5 nights)”
I really liked this hotel. Nice staff, rooms OK and quiet. Good location next to U-Bahn and tram stops or can walk to nearby Bornheim or Zeil. I didn’t eat in the hotel. I either ate in Cafe Bohne opposite or walked to Bornheim. I’ll stay here again.

“Nice hotel in Frankfurt for the Messe”
Small hotel with a nice location right next to the U-Bahn. In Franfurt Messe in less than 20 minutes. Jelena at the reception did an excellent job in early check-in and late check-out. Courteous & friendly. Thank you

“Reasonable value and great location”
The room was clean, warm and spacious. The shower was powerful enough. The staff member was very friendly. The location was fantastic, walking distance to many things… especially the zoo! My only negative was the lack of hot drink making facilities in the room to make a coffee or tea.
