The shower was in the middle of the room and offered little privacy so not ideal for any stays other than couples. I wouldn’t stay here again due to the bed issue and no storage

Bit of a last minute booking for me. Unfortunately I cut thru my hand tendons & hence had to rearrange most of my Europa Park roller coaster trip. Decided to fly to Frankfurt anyway as the flights were non-transferable. The bad- I was initially given the "lovely room" 122. Unfortunately as it was a Saturday the "Bar Americano" was pumping out techno beats til 11pm (& I wanted an early night cos I'm old, sad & injured) & also when I turned off my main lights there was a loud buzzing sound. Eventually I got to sleep. The good- So I went to reception the next morning & the lovely Michelle kindly arranged for me to be moved to the 5th floor. MUCH better & quieter. I stayed in a "lovely" room which I think is the second cheapest. It was ~€120 Euros per night. I've read some criticism on here about the lack of wardrobe. Suited me fine as a solo traveller tbh. I actually quite liked the "lean luxury" styling incl sort of integrated bathroom. I thought it was modern but at the same time the room was decorated cosily. I found the bed very comfy. Not really much else to say about the room but it suited me perfectly once the noise issue was sorted. The bar is lovely. I didn't go on the rooftop terrace owing to the weather. The inside was snug & warm. I had 2 cocktails & a pilsner over 2 days. All delicious. Staff all very friendly. The location is right near the Roßmarkt and among shops I'll never afford to shop in in a million years. There's an S bahn exit about 3 minutes away. Yeah, if you MUST have a wardrobe look elsewhere. Ask when booking for a "quieter" room (apparently you can do this) & then enjoy Frankfurt!

This hotel is a joke. It was booked via my work travel agent and I will never again stay here. I was booked in a cozy room, and it was anything but that. They have no space for storage or practical things like a coffee maker, instead valuable space is used up with Marshall amps you can connect your device to via aux….welcome to cutting edge technology. You can’t cast to the TV. Customer service was pretty lacking. I asked for a different room as their stairs to the bed were slippy AF, and got a huffy fine, but you’re paying. Cool, no problem. I left a headset in my room, remembered 30 minutes after check out. They left me at reception for 45 minutes and told me they would only work as fast as they would work. Thanks, babes. I would never use this chain again.
