“nice hotel - good breakfast”
Nice hotel situated close to te spa - the tourist info. Very nice breakfast. Get discount at the spa when you stay at the hotel. Free inner city bus. Very good breakfast. Staff very friendly and service-minded

“Comfortable and well located”
We picked this hotel based on the location - it is near the main road at the top end of town, but far enough away to be quiet. “Not the best hotel to stay”
The hotel is clean and the breakfast is very good, but the bathroom is tiny, you have to wait a lot for warm water and also on the 3rd floor there is no wifi signal. I was there for business reasons and they knew it, but they still put me into a room where there is no wifi.

“basic and clean, but no wellness hotel”
The room was very nice and clean, but the beds were very soft. Defination of wellness is 3 very small saunas.5 min walk you`ll find the Therme, which is resonable priced considering that it`s not very big. Bad Harzburg itself is fairly quiet out of season.
