“Exceptional stay in a friendly, clean and comfortable hotel centrally located in Greifswald!”
Easy to book, I wanted a local hotel with charm, located near the fussganger zone! Since it was just me as a single traveler for one night, I was warmly greeted…room was clean, quiet and comfortable! Breakfast buffet was tasty and presented with a great view of the harbor. Strongly recommend !

“Lovely location”
Stayed on the top floor over looking the river with lovely views. Within a few minutes walking distance of the town. Room was clean and nice along with the rest of the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly. I'd stay here again.

“good and honest”
Once you’ve found the Alter Speicher in Greifswald, you’ll like it; road works in the town (summer 2015) make it hard to reach but the trick is to aim for the harbour, and then you’re there. Rooms are admittedly small in this old building, but clean and functional. The restaurant serves good honest… more

“Nice base for day trips”
Very nice location by the river Ryck and near the old town and all it´s attractions. Also the railway station is quite near. Rooms are small but they have all you need. Breakfast is served in a winter-garden-like room where there is a lovely view to the old harbour at the river Ryck.

The hotel is situated at the entrance of the small city. I went there for business and the hotel is well placed near my customer. The room was clean but poor and small. Was ok just for one day stop.
