Good and clean. The staff are very helpful and seem to be all Polish. Again here English is rarely spoken but the receptionist, Agnieszka, speaks English extremely well and is very helpful. The hotel should be renovated in order to keep its four stars. It looks nice from the outside, but the inside is not in a good shape anymore.
