“IBIS BUDGET, AACHEN CITY”
We were booked at this central city hotel by our coach company. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. “Great location”
Painful check-in. No one on reception when we arrived. Parked in the nearest car park that had a sign for the hotel but it was empty! Went to town until 3pm to check in but us and another family had to wait outside as we didn't have a code to get in and the people inside didn't open the door for us… more
