“A great little hotel with wonderful service”
I stayed in Balthasar Neumann for two nights while I was visiting Phantasialand the fun park in Brühl and it was a very pleasant stay. I wouldn’t class this a a hotel, rather and apartment complex, this is where I think the bad reviews are going from as people are expecting the full hotel experience.
