“nice service”
A single room and a standard room, there was a electronic problem, but the staff handle it fast and well. We have been switched to a new room with a gift. Throughout our living, the staff always talk with a smile.

“Christmas Market stay”
We stayed here 8-10th December 2025 as were attending the Christmas Market, we arrived too early for check in but this was not a problem. The staff were wonderful and found us a room that was ready and checked us in. Our room over looked the Christmas Market which was amazing and the noise didn't… more

“Enjoyable overnight stay next to train station”
Room 506 was a bit tight but had a deck that ran the width of the hotel, could have fit 20 people on it, with beautiful views of cathedral! Bathroom was also small but good water pressure. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Only issue is huge steps to get into hotel, no ramp for rollin… more
