“Great”
I never write any reviews usually. But the staff were very nice and very accommodating to our family. We visited Köln for 2 nights and stayed at this hotel. We are a family of 4 with 2 little kids. They gave us 2 connecting rooms although we only paid for 1! Thank you so much

“Nice hotel”
Nice stay at the Hotel. Room is wide and clean. The Hotel was well located and near Station if you need to travel in the city. The Staff is amazing, thanks to Medyan who help me and to his welcoming behaviour! Really appreciate his courtesy.

First the good points. The staff at reception were friendly and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. However. We arrived early but were told we couldnt get a room yet as they were still cleaning.
