This is a very cheap hotel, so don't expect too much. My room was quite clean and very large. There was a private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. In the room a double bed, table with chair and TV. Though the hotel is near the railway, I didn't hear the trains with closed windows. The breakfast is a buffet English style with many cold things and warm sausages and scrambled eggs. The hotel is in walking distance from the city centre, Alt Markt and shopping streets. Enough free car parking in the street in front of the hotel. Very good value for your money for a hotel this close to the city centre. Management for safety please replace the fire detectors, they don't cost that much.

Its better than the average on the strip. Of course you pay a little more. I love the text/Email they send you when your room is ready. We were still about an hour away when I received a email saying the room is ready (it was only about 1030am).Got there and bypassed the line went right to the wiindow via mobile check in line. But, things went a little south from there. I walked away and had to go back to the window. Our package included a gondola ride for two and never received the ticket. Once back at window, was advised at the mobile check in sometiime it does not print out the free tickets. But he took care of it with little effort. Once we got to the elevators not allowed to enter unles you scan your key at the security booth (im pretty ok with this security measure) and only took a second. Once to the room, the key did not work to get in. Tried for 5 minutes neither key would would work. Had my wife camp out in the hall with the luggage and looked for help. Found a male housekeeper (should of got his name. He was very nice and pleasant) and sent me back to the elevators to call down to front desk. Walked back to elevator, the stupid phone was not working not even a dial tone.Stuck again. Waved down another person (housekeeping or?not sure) Her name was Emma. I told her I am getting rather pissed off as this has going on for 20 minutes already) She actually went out of her way to help and a really nice person) She of course tried the phone first and said yes its not working. But she then said stay there and she went behind closed doors to make the call for me. Few minutes later came out and said someone will be right to your room and walked me to the room (alo trying the keys with no luck). So, waited about 10 more minutes and security walked up (im thinking finally my new keys) nope. But show me some ID and he did let me in the room. So that did help. But still stuck in room as you have to wait for the keys. Knock on the door (looked like maintence) your phone is not working? Said no my phone is fine the phone by elevator is not working. Another 10 minutes or so and keys finally showed up. Pretty pissed by this time. Need a drink, nope only 1 wine glass (other stolen or) Back to the first male housekeeper who gave me a glass with im sorry and smile. Again super nice guy. Antways, rest of trip went pretty good. View was nice 21st floor. view of the watershow across street. Nope. Did not know they shut that show down awhile back.Thats alright. The room is spacious and nice the view of the pools good, can get lost in the walkways of high end shops and the casino was nice and clean. But winning here seemed impossible. But thats ok over all it was nice 150.00 for room 45.00 resort fee . 2 more things, wifi fair at best.. And the rooms were very clean with 3 tvs but did notice the pillow cases all had brown stains where you placed your head. Appeared clean just stained. Com'on Palazzo you can afford new pillow cases. Final, Nice rooms little more money, Most of the issues I ran into might have just been a bit of bad luck. For me its back to the Bellagio or might try the Mandalay Bay (at the end of strip).

Unbelievably hot room which never really cooled down despite windows open all night. Elevated railway line punctuated the night with screeching rumbling trains throughout the night making sleep even more difficult. No restaurant and a slightly dodgy walk passed the bus station before getting to a more civilized area with places to eat. There are lots of kebab shops on the way if you don't want to go that far.
