My wife and I wanted to visit Koln and found Montana Hotel on booking.com Very nice, clean hotel. The hotel is in a cute village outside Koln. About 20 mins to get there by train. “Good hotel.”
Nice small hotel in the city center. Service is very friendly and nice. Traditional breakfast. WiFi works good just in the reception, but possible to use. Not everything is perfect, but not demaged. Recommended.

“No frills hotel with excellent links to Cologne centre”
Stayed there for a few nights in June. No frills. It was more expensive than you would think as its very basic. The bed was comfortable enough, but room was pretty warm - no air con. Had a one night stopover on way back to UK. Finding the hotel carpark in a shopping centre carpark was a bit tricky but perserve and u will find it.
