“Very comfortable hotel 👍”

The hotel situated very close the city centre, near the Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof. Very clean and comfortable hotel. The room was large and quiet. Hotel had nice sauna and gym. The staff was helpful. We will be back Nürnberg and will stay at this hotel. Sure 👍👍👍

“Quick but lvoely weekend stay”

The hotel's location is brilliant as it is super close to the bus & train stations. The hotel itself is a pretty good 4 star and staff at check-in was superb. The rooms were slightly used but still pretty good. The breakfast was real good as well.

Modern hotel in an excellent location for city centre which is a few minutes walk away. Train station even closer allowing us to easily drop our bags on arrival and wander into city. Reception staff very friendly and check in experience was very good. Room itself was your typical hotel room, clean and modern with all the facilities you need. Room kept a little warm for us personally so might be able to save your electricity and drop ambient temperature by a degree or two ☺️ Great stay and very convenient for a few nights in Nuremberg.

“NICE BUT NOT GOOD ENOUGH”

We booked this NH hotel after excellent experiences in Berlin and Dresden with the same hotel group. However, the experience was nothing like as good. THE POSITIVES - excellent location near to the station and old town - large bedroom (we had booked a superior room) - excellent breakfasts with a vast range of choice - lots of different fruits, fresh juices, cereals, bread, cooked meals, teas and coffees THE NEGATIVES - inconsistent room servicing. We started off with two face cloths, hand towels and bath towels. The next day the face cloths had disappeared as had one of the hand towels - and that remained the case throughout the four night stay. One day the free bottle of water was not replaced. Another day the two tumblers we had used had not been replaced/cleaned. We had one large cup and two espresso cups in the room but there were two of us so we had to share the large cup when we had tea. I understand that we could have complained about this but one would expect there to be consistency here. - room lighting is inadequate. So we had to use the desk lamp to help us when using the wardrobe. - we asked the hotel to book us into a restaurant. I gave them the number. However, when we turned up at the restaurant they had not received a booking. - the day before we left I asked reception to arrange a midday taxi to take us to the hotel. The receptionist seemed unclear about our instructions so my wife and I repeated the word “mittag” to make sure that the instruction was clear. At midnight we were woken by the hotel telephone in the room to be told that our taxi had arrived. - one welcome chocolate for two of us
