Nice hotel situated in a 15 minute walk to the Kaiserslautern mall. Also close to many shops in the area. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. “Good hotel but need to improve service”
Good location, comfortable bed. Good restaurant. However, there can be queues at reception for check-in and check-out due to less staff. Better to bring your own Iron as they dont have enough to give in each room. Rooms are not quiet. You can hear sound of door and water from next room.
