“Supper here is always a high point of our visits to Trier”
We are lucky enough to visit Trier a couple of times a year, and having supper at the Hotel Fielen Wolff has become something of a tradition. “Good location”
Stayed 1 night in the hotel, that is very close to the Moselradweg. Friendly welcome. It is a simple hotel, good for a quiet sleep and a a hot shower, but without any luxury. “Bad smell, far from the centre.”
As mentioned by other reviewers, this hotel is ok to book if you are on a budget and have a car or don't mind using the bus. The walk to the historical centre is long. “Far from the station, but some rooms have balconies”
The hotel is a decent walk from the main tourist attractions, which are across the river, and about 40 minute walk from the station. However, the rooms was spacious and had a balcony. “Pros and cons”
Found it was a bit of a walk into the Centrum area (25mins), the beds squeaked on the slighest movement and the pillows were uncomfortable and there was no hot water.
