“A perfect hotel?”
An idyllic location at the edge of the forest, below Wernigerode Castle. Perfect for those who enjoy nature and the local wildlife. “Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Period.”
Immaculate large rooms, large comfortable beds, excellent food reasonably priced, gorgeous location on the edge of a National Park. Friendly, helpful staff. I will definitely be back.

Okay, it is a 30 minute hilly walk into town, the exterior is in desperate need of a paint job, but was you get inside the front door this place is wonderful.
