“Not bad, great location, and probably best for people with kids”

It's not a bad lodging option, but some feature in our particular unit could have been better (WiFi, no carpet, can't stream to the TV). The location is outstanding, and the views can be fantastic depending on which way windows in a particular unit face. Our extended family was split up b/w 2 different buildings, and the hallways were vaguely effective but not convenient (?). Their unit had carpet and better WiFi, so one's experience likely varies depending on the specific unit/building. Everything else worked fine, and we didn't make much use of the kitchen which probably appeals to other travelers. There are plenty of restaurants just outside the front door, but there are plenty of options within 10 min walking. Also, it's very close to the river and the spectacular views.

Great location across from the Frauenkirche Church on the main pedestrian square. Comfortable bed and spacious apartment. Great location across from the Frauenkirche Church on the main pedestrian square. Comfortable bed and spacious apartment. You can pull your car into the alley right behind the apartments and the gracious front desk clerk will happily explain the parking options. We chose the most economical lot which was the public parking near the police station where you don’t have to pay for parking between 10pm (?) & 8am. They have a parking app so you can pay by phone. And it wasn’t that far a walk from the apartments. We did not opt for the breakfast at 19€ per person as that seemed very steep to us. We chose instead a coffee shop and had a coffee & croissant. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed there two nights with my 18 year old son. To our pleasant surprise we received a two-room apartment although I believed to have booked just a normal hotel room. The other even more pleasant surprise was that it was so close to Frauenkirche. It said so in the description but that is what many hotel do, isn't it, claiming to be close to certain landmarks. But this place was really RIGHT NEXT to Frauenkirche in the historic city center. It was magnificent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I want to recommend the place to vacation travelers.

Small apartment, clean. No oven or microwave. No basics such as teabags,milk coffee. Location good in the old city but apartments overlook a yard where there are skips, bottle banks from nearby restaurants which are emptied from 6am onwards. Small apartment, clean. No oven or microwave. No basics such as teabags,milk coffee. Location good in the old city but apartments overlook a yard where there are skips, bottle banks from nearby restaurants which are emptied from 6am onwards. Even on the 5th floor the noise and smell is very obvious. Closing the windows helps but as there is no AC it can be uncomfortable.
