“Good rooms, nice sleep & great gym”

We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are nice, beds are fine although a little sqeaky. Good pillow collection. A/C working fine, after we approach the staff in the reception. We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are nice, beds are fine although a little sqeaky. Good pillow collection. A/C working fine, after we approach the staff in the reception. They turned it on from there. I do think that the staff in the reception should have been more informative, when they found out that we never stayed there before. We had to ask about EVERYTHING. It would have been a better service, to have informed us about all the possibilities in the hotel. Like how to join classes, play tennis, use the gym or the spa. Wifi was not working, so we had to return to the reception again. Only received 2 cardkeys; we were 3 people. I know the breakfast got a lot of bad rewiews. But we thought everything was fresh and fine. No there was not a huge variety, but there was the most important things. I do not think this place live of the hotel clients. I think they live of all the members who pays for memberships to use the gym, play tennis and use the pools. Therefore I think that they try to keep the breakfast simple. Also, when the breakfast is simple it is very important that it is refilled all the time. AND most importantly, that there is always glasses, bowls, knives and forks etc. So overall the hotel is fine, but not really touristminded in my point of view. We used the gym and it was really nice. Did not use the spa because of the lack of information regarding nudity. It says it was a textile free zone; but what does that even mean, from an outsiders point of view? Travelling with a shy 17 year old and an 80 year old, made it complicated. Do you get naked when you enter the spa? Are you allowed to keep your clothes on, if you dont like to be naked? Again, it might be normal to germans..But for others, not so much!! And no one explained it to us. So, would we stay here again? I dont think so. Unfortunately to expensive for just rooms and small breakfast. And you pay 20 euro per night to park in their parkinglot. Its not included.
