“Unique location.”
We stayed for only 2 nights, unfortunately. Because we had a very nice stay. Our room had a balcony looking out over the atrium. “Awesome hotel.”
Loved everything - the rooms, the ambiance, and the breakfast was possibly the best I had in Hamburg. Highly recommended - unless you want to be in the center of the city, of course.

“It's overall okay”
It's okay for a few nights, but not a full 4,5. The bed is not extremely comfortable, there is a lack of lights in the room and if you have a room facing the inside you might get woken up at 5.50 when they decide to move/assemble some tables, as the rooms aren't soundproof.
