Stayed here for 1 night during a business trip. Room was nice and spacy, with good shower and coffee machine. Maybe only bad thing was there was no desk to work at. Gym was good and breakfast was excellent. Location if really central by the train station and 2 mins. from downtown. Will consider coming here again both private and for business.

The hotel is so new that if you Google it, you'll find it still under construction! In any case, it exist and is well-functioning, although, in my opinion, it lacks the attention to detail to be, let's say, Perfect. An extremely positive aspect is its central location, particularly its proximity to the Hauptbahnhof, just 3 minutes away, and the subway station entrance right across the street, not forgetting the "less" distance from most of the more important touristic places. And that's about the location, but regarding my room request (high floors, a view of the side of hotel entrance and, above all, TWO beds), I regret having to say: failure. Why? Overbooking! Considering that my reservation had been made, for a week, well in advance and reconfirmed by the hotel the day before arrival, saying "This room has two single beds (100 x 200 cm) &, seems jokingly LIVE IN A DREAM! Possible having 227 room no finding the right one? We suppose to have a room with a matrimonial bed, I don't know which floor; no way! Been offered a -Superior- room with extra sofa (for the "kids") considering the second occupant she's an adult, the room so small not having even place for a chair. The desk? Better to call it a shelf. Amenities: Nespresso coffee machine. Ironing board and iron. Minibar empty but functional enough to accomodate bottled mineral water (or other items) distributed daily. Slipper and bathrobes were missing (perhaps because there's no pool?) There's no list of internal phone numbers, pencils or pens with a notepad. Ask for the them at Reception? NO, better to find them. Bathroom: very small sink (but this is an architectural "error"; however, as seen later, in photos, when left the hotel, regarding the rain shower, the door was missing to avoid making a "mess" after taking a shover. After three nights, considering the dissatisfaction of the sofa bed occupant and believing the overbooking was over, we were offered a room change with two beds, down a floor and with a courtyard view, far from what we had requested. Is possible to ruin your holiday because of this? NO, of course not, but it's a shame for -ALL-. Aside from that, I like to point out a few things: having changed rooms and floors, I think the room service on the fifth and fourth floor is handled by different staff, the one on the the fourth floor is much more attentive. Just to point out, the one of the fifth floor, on the second day, they threw away a glass in the bathroom (!) They didn't replace the shower mat and also there was no coffee capsule replacement! On the fourth floor: Perfect. Different staff? Lack of attention to room service? Or lack of housekeeping? And now: moving on to the positives: breakfast is more than adeguate. Open-plan kitchen, quick table setting, an a variety of hot and cold options. For closing I would point out, at breakfast time, Mrs Castro's kindness and smile and Daniel's helpfulness at the bar. One evening when we dined at the hotel, he performed two roles: dividing his time between the bar and the restaurant, Bravo!

Nice stay here, as a family we got 50% off a second room. Good location with an ubahn station immediately outside and within easy walking distance of the harbour area Nicely appointed rooms, I think “superior” with one large and one single/sofa bed. Breakfast is excellent albeit expensive (but free for children). Not entirely happy with the air conditioning as not very effective and made a high pitched whistle.
