“Wunderbar”
Small, family owned/operated, cosy hotel in a quiet village near Weimar. Superbly clean. Great atmosphere (stayed on 2 separate occasions). Excellent restaurant. Overall excellent value for money. Location: near A4 Autobahn, and yet distant enough to be peacefully quiet.

“Fantastic welcome and food.”
Checked into the hotel after having driven a long way and was greeted with the most helpful and accommodating hosts. Our room was so comfortable it has hard to tear ourselves downstairs for dinner but so glad we did. The food was delicious, plentiful and like the best home cooking. Would recomm… more

When driving to Weimar we found a sign "Landhotel Possendorf" on the high-way and were following this eventhough we planned to stay directly in Weimar. What a nice and cozy place, very friendly, open only after 4pm but free parking, some traditional nice and fresh food, home-made "Schnaps" and jam… more
