“5-star hotel”
Lancaster hotel has a serene environment and a stunning service. Staff are very well trained to handle all situations. They have a nice pool, spacious car park which is almost always full in the evenings and their events are classy.

“Could do better”
There isn't much choice of good 4 or 5 star hotels in kumasi. The Lancaster used to be the Golden Tulip, a firm who neglected to update their properties.
