“enjoyable experience”
The Ava Residences is an absolute gem of a hotel! The hotel is in a great location, easy to reserve and a clean, spacious and very comfortable space. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family who visit Greece! Thanks for making my time in Athens so enjoyable.

“Very clean and modern appartment”
Very modern and clean appartment. Receptionist Athina is very helpful and super friendly. Close to a big park and public transport.

Great hotel. Exceptional service. We were in Athens and then returned for one additional day. So for our last day, we took this property. It is not located in the center. But as we already explored the center, it was not important for us. There's a lovely park right by the hotel. The kids loved it… more
