The hotel is right downtown, walkable to anyplace. The rooms are small but nicely appointed. The staff is professional and friendly. Great location, close to most attractions and amenities. The reception staff were friendly, but some of the women working in the breakfast area could have benefited from a customer service or hospitality course. They seemed unhappy to have guests there.
