The boutique hotel is inviting and worth the stairs to climb to your room. There is no elevator on site and stairs are at the entrance and path to the 2nd level where rooms are located. The photos are fair as the rooms are large and roomy from the junior suites to the higher grade options. Staff is not available after 10 pm each night. There is a code to gain access to the courtyard leading to the entrance. Each room has a single key for access. This key is required in the room to activate the electric power in the room, similar to other properties overseas. Breakfast is included daily and can be delivered to the room for no additional cost if you ordered by 11 am. They have a decent menu with various egg dishes, silver dollar pancakes, yogurt, breads, and more. They offer fresh OJ, coffee, and water for no additional costs. The bellhop George is very helpful. He helps with room service, baggage, and more. George is great! He deserves a lot of the credit for keeping the property together. His service is invaluable to La Divina and he makes the experience better than the front desk lady who doesn’t want to be bothered no matter which shift she covers. She answers questions as if it is too much to ask. We had a balcony overlooking the park and local restaurants on a busy fairway. I would stay here again. The night shift person was crass during most interactions. She would lie about things to avoid extra work or having to go out of her way. Made me feel like we should have kept our Marriott reservation after all and avoided La Divina as most of the time it was her we ended up dealing with when the rest of the staff was very accommodating who worked during the day only. The welcome amenities were lacking. We got a bottle of water and Sauvignon Blanc. The same night shift staff would not get a wine chiller so we could enjoy it. Every ask was too much to ask and we had to leave the bottle since she also would not help us get the minibar cooled to chill the wine ourselves. The stay was clouded by her lack of action and care. Sad really.

Great location , close to restaurants, markets and within walking distance to the acropolis. Room was large- don Giovani. Breakfast was outside, order from menu. But the weird thing was they charge you for a refill of coffee??? They don’t replenish the bathroom items like hand cream shower caps etc or even the water. No city view as advertised , just the wall of building next door

Overall it was a mess The first room I had, first night no shower gel. 2nd night coffee and milk were not replenished nor bathroom essentials. Overall it was a mess The first room I had, first night no shower gel. 2nd night coffee and milk were not replenished nor bathroom essentials. The conditioner bottle was filler with water rather than conditioner. I was woken up by the cleaners outside my room at 6 am. I was moved to another room as I extended my stay and they claimed this rooms was booked. second room we left at 1 pm the room came back at 9 pm the room wasn't clean on top of that there was not hot water running. At that point I had had enough, then I was moved to a third room and finally it was okay. The staff dont help with the luggage even though it's a two flight of stairs. My issue was that all I was hearing was sorry and no solutions.
