We recently returned to Domes Noruz Kassandra for our second visit, thanks to their exceptional services and incredible food. A special thank you to General Manager Nikolas Kougias and Reservation Manager Aggeliki Koukoli for their invaluable assistance during the booking process and for arranging special touches to celebrate my birthday. We also want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Captain Ilias at the outdoor restaurant and pool area for his outstanding service, warmth, and constant attentiveness. Thanks to the incredible staff and food the vacation was really perfect and relaxing.

We went to Antoninos restaurant for a family dinner and had a great time. We tasted many delicious dishes and my personal favourite was the ribeye steak. The restaurants atmosphere was very warm and welcoming and the staff very nice and attentive, overall amazing experience.

Me and my husband stayed at the Domes Noruz Kassandra for 10 nights as part of our honeymoon, July/August 2026. From the second we got there everything was just perfect. Kiki welcomed us to the hotel, gave us the hotel tour and then showed us to our room. The hotel is beautiful, super well maintained, clean and we loved the artistic styling. It even smells amazing! The room was lovely, very spacious, well designed and clean. I have no idea what type we booked but it was in a small building behind the main hotel, next to the 'Secret Pool'. We had the honeymoon package so were greeted by rose petals in our room followed by a fresh fruit platter. The only thing we didn't have was the sparkling wine which I was a little sad about but it wasn't a big deal. The facilities the hotel offered were perfect for our stay. I'm not a big gym fan but my husband went to both the indoor and outdoor gyms and said they were well equipped. The outdoor gym was just a bit warm due to the August heat (to be expected). The main pool is stunning with the most comfy big white sunbeds, a DJ during the day and order to sunbed service for food and drinks. It looks right out onto the beach too. The beach is also super cute but I would say isn't really a sandy beach as its quite coarse and there are pebbles. We spent most of our days at the Secret pool as it was really quiet and easier to get shade when needed due to the trees and plants surrounding it. A little more like a private villa pool but everyone in the hotel can use it and sunbed service is still available. The main thing that made our stay at the Domes perfect was the food. We opted for the standard half board option so breakfast and dinner. I was extremely nervous about this as I have severe food allergies (all nuts, chickpeas, lentils and sesame) and to be honest, I usually just grab some boiled eggs and bananas for brekkie and then we were planning on going out for dinner. However, as I had put on our booking that I had food allergies, when we arrived at the hotel and met with Kiki, she brought one of the Food and Beverage Managers to see me and discuss my allergies. I carry translation cards and she took a picture of these to show to the kitchen. During our first dinner, another F&B Manager (who's name I wish I knew but I could never see quickly enough on his badge), came to see me, along with two of the chefs. They wrote down all my allergies, my food preferences and my general food likes and dislikes. Following this, every morning I was asked to choose what I wanted for dinner each day and then at dinner I would choose my breakfast for the following morning. It was amazing being able to eat a meal with my husband, without feeling anxious about possibly having an allergic reaction and really took the stress out of the whole experience. Not only that, but the food was incredible. My husband was absolutely in love with the buffet as there was so much variety and traditional Greek food mixed with lots of different options. We ended up staying at the hotel for dinner each night before sometimes popping into Hanoti for drinks (busy and touristy) or popping to Afytos (busy and touristy but beautiful cobbled streets), if we didnt stay in the main bar or Antoninos. I honestly cannot thank Gianis and the F&B team enough for how amazing they were with my allergies. I felt like a normal person on holiday for the first time since I was a child and it really made the whole experience so special. There were only two small general points I would note, and they definitely aren't big deals. We did find the drinks service very slow when sitting outside the Á La Carte restaurant, Antoninos, and quite often had to pop to the bar to say we wanted to order. Also, some of the sunbeds at the Secret pool have dark grey covers which look great, but get really really hot in the sun and burn if you accidentally touch one with your bare foot. Overall, we absolutely loved our time at the Domes and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, adult only holiday, with great food, good vibes and chilled entertainment. The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel (shout out to Giuola and George, servers in the main restaurant). Every single person was helpful, welcoming and always smiling. All the different uniforms they have are also lovely and make it easier to tell who to speak to for what. We even enjoyed the company of the cats at dinner, along with the brilliant evening entertainment. I would also personally recommend this hotel to any travellers with food allergies! The best experience I've ever had at a hotel by far. 100% we will be back! A side note, there is a super cute shop in the centre of Hanoti that sells paintings and art by 25 local artists. We collect art when we travel and we actually ended up buying three beautiful paintings for a great price! The shop doesnt have a name but is in the main square next to Sorbelo the ice cream shop.
