“2 parts”
1 part: all are excellent (personal, location, breakfast, room, facilities etc) really nice 2 part: no playroome for small children and the Christmas dinner was to simple in relation to the hotels facilities

“Very nice Hotel”
Location fantastic. Decoiration excellent. Warm personnel, smily faces, very polite, cosy atmosphere, very good breakfast, service very high. Rooms very clean, spacious, nice view, quiet area. I would like to stay again there. especially during Xmas/New Years eve.

The hotel is located off the main road so access to nearby attractions is great. Its a 20 minute walk to the city centre which is fine during the day but not at night as part of the route although lit is quite isolated. “No baby changing facilities”
It is shocking in this day and age that they don’t have baby changing facilities and we have to change our baby nappies on the pram! Nice facilities and plenty of space but not caring about families at all.
