Kitchenette is equipped by everything you need. 3. Panoramic view from a balcony is a reason to come:)) 4. Territory of Palamidi is very nice: sun-chairs, bbq-corner, parking, kids-area. 5. Welcome set (food and wine) in apartment is very nice, especially when you are tired after the flight. 6. Surroundings: To eat - VillaStasa (fish); Archontiko (meat) To swim - NeaSkioni. “Outsanding”

Amazing view from high on a hill with a lovely breeze. Very well equipped studio with supremely considerate attentions everywhere (food gifts, clothe horse, new sponge, great cooking wear!) So well situated.

The building where the apartments are located stands alone on the top of a hill close to the sea. From every window in the building you can see the sea. The brick exterior perfectly fits in the surroundings. The building is surrounded by a garden and covered parking is also provided. To get to the top of the hill there is a wide brick road, which is steeper than most public roads, but does not constitute any problem for any usual car or any pair of healthy legs. The building is very new (I think two years old) and consequently offers every kind of modern comfort. Even if the bathroom is truly small, things function perfectly: the shower has proper pressure and proper temperature, can be of course hand held etc. We had a studio, which was not big, but very well designed. There was everything: a large closet with space for dresses and pants and compartments for smaller things, a safe, a desk with enough room for laptop and writing paper, a dinner table, a large bed and a small kitchen, in which among other things there was a coffee machine for filter coffee (additionally of course to Nespresso, kettle, microwave, refrigerator etc etc). Although officially breakfast was not provided, there were all kinds of breakfast items: coffee of different types, tea, coffee milk, packaged croissants, dry toasts, jam, butter, honey,chocolate cream. These things were there as an act of kindness from the host for the traveller, as an example of traditional Greek hospitality (φιλοξενία). In front of our door there was our own piece of garden with two garden tables and chairs and even a socket outside. It was possible to sit and read and lift your eyes to the Greek sea. I still need to mention the true kindness of our host. She is not just "nice" as a job requirement. She truly has an innate kindness in understanding and responding to the needs of the guests, that makes you really feel at home. As I had some connection problems in my apartment, she let me go to her desk with my laptop and work there as if it were my own desk. I could mention further examples, but I will just say that I can recommend this place under every point-of-view and if I happen to be again in Chalkidiki, I will surely go there again.
