An OUTSTANDING 5* experience all around. Our first time at Sani Beach and it surpassed ALL expectations. The service is truly world class. For anyone travelling with dietary requirements or allergies, this is THE PLACE for you. Not only will you be spoiled for choice, but the level of attention and care for all meals is extraordinary. For context, my husband is Coeliac and my son (aged 12) has multiple allergies (all nuts, eggs, dairy, sesame, crustaceans, chickpea & lentils - so pretty complex!) The F&B Manager - Roman was incredible from before we even arrived(exchanging emails in advance), ensuring everything was in place and all appropriate staff across the various restaurants were briefed. He was present at almost all meals, checking in constantly and making sure each place we visited had the exact requirements for my son. It is incredibly stressful going on holiday with multiple allergies but it was truly the most relaxing trip we had (we were full board). We visited the following restaurants (Poseidon, Veranda, Artemis & Ammos) and all the chefs and staff were beyond accommodating and ensured the utmost food safety for all meals across all venues. No request was too much. A special mention to the chefs - Christos, Gary & Dimitris as well as some of the catering management - Roman (legend!), Teo, Christina, Kostas, George, the incredible pastry chef - and so many more to thank. Aside from the food, the place itself was great - beautiful beaches, clean premises, great fitness classes, tree tops was a highlight and many more. My only complaint would be the sound proofing in the rooms. We stayed at Sani Beach (B side 5th floor) and unfortunately the walls are all very thin so you do hear a lot of noise. As well, the app you need to use to manage all your restaurant and activity bookings could be a bit more user friendly and allow more flexibility. That being said, neither of these issues would prevent me from going back - we cannot wait to return next year and I am sure this will be a regular holiday destination for us. The genuine warmth, friendliness and true care each and every member of staff exudes is beyond words - they are literally gems - from the pool side staff, to the golf buggy drivers to each and every member inside the hotel. Sani truly operates in a league of its own and feels like an extension of your family. Please keep up the incredible service and true care you have for both your staff and clients.
