“The most relaxing family holiday.”

We came as a family of four. Mum, dad, an 18 year old and 20 year old. We booked through jet2 and the transfer was included. It’s 2 hours from the airport, but it didn’t feel that long on the coach. We stayed in a duplex apartment with private pool and sea view. Mum & dad slept upstairs, one child in the huge bed downstairs, and the other slept on the sofa. This is the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and it smelt great too. The beds were so comfy, and the linen smelt fresh. The food was delicious with huge portion sizes. We quickly realised we could order one meal and share it between 2. The breakfast options were fantastic. There was so much choice. Every morning I’d call down to order our breakfast and Joy would cheerfully ask if we wanted to add anything, and how we would like our eggs today. The alcohol was strong, and they were happy to make any drink we requested. Every single member of staff were a delight here. So friendly, and full of useful information of things to see and do. We hired a car which arrived the morning after we arrived. I’d never driven on the opposite side of the road before, and was slightly apprehensive. There was really no need to be, as it was so easy. We traveled to different beaches, and towns to shop & eat. When we wanted a quieter day/evening we ordered room service to our room and enjoyed the view of the sea from our private pool. This truly felt like the most luxurious holiday, and we cannot wait to return.

“Perfection ❤️”

We have just returned from a 10-night stay - we stayed in a ground floor premium suite with a private pool. Our accommodation was amazing! We have just returned from a 10-night stay - we stayed in a ground floor premium suite with a private pool. Our accommodation was amazing! Very spacious with a terrace on one side overlooking the sea, a huge pool area with sunbeds and a sheltered seating area. Inside, we had a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, 2 bathrooms (one with a giant shower), and an extremely comfortable bed. Air con and a safety box were also included. Cleaners seemed to come every day, towels and pool towels replaced daily. Location wise, there are a couple of beach bars within walking distance. To access local supermarkets and tavernas, you would need to use taxis or hire a car, we hired a car through reception. The breakfast was delivered to our terrace every morning - this was a huge breakfast, we kept food in the fridge to eat for lunch. You could ask for variations to suit your taste. The hotel offered evening meals which you could eat at the pool bar or have delivered to your villa. The food was amazing, the portions huge...we tended to order one meal between 2! Finally the staff. They really made our holiday! Every morning, Costas brought our breakfast to our terrace with a smile, asking us how our holiday was going. He is such a lovely, polite young man. Ionia (apologies if not spelt correctly) covered the bar later on and brought our evening meals to our villa. She was very helpful and always happy to chat. Last but not least Chana who works on reception. She was so helpful, booking a hire car for us, giving us tips on where to visit, even giving us mosquito repellent when I was bitten. She was so cheerful every morning when I called through for breakfast. The staff here are a real credit to Villa D 'oro. This place is a real chance to step off the world and relax...we would love to return.

Wow this place is nothing less than perfect. We went as a family of 3, our son is 7 years old. We stayed in a duplex suite with a private pool. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, modern, clean and well maintained. The views are absolutely beautiful. We ate in the villa a lot during our 10 night stay and the food is just delicious! All of the staff and the family that run the complex are just wonderful. They can’t do enough to help you. We were made to feel so welcome by everyone who worked there and they always made a wonderful fuss of our son. There is not a single thing that we could fault. We will certainly return to Villa D’oro again. Highly recommend staying here 🌅🫶🏼
