This is NOT a 5 STAR hotel. Service is very slow, staff of which there are not enough on site, can be quite abrupt and rude. Food and drink options are quite limited and repeated each morning and night at the very busy buffet. We got told off by a waitress for brining a bottle of water to the buf… more
