“What a superb start.”
We arrived here late last night and so far the staff have been exceptional. Every single one has been so kind, polite and attentive. We are vegan and they really have been attentive to our requirements. A huge thank you to the outstanding staff who have made us feel so welcome.

“Need to review policy when guests have emergency health situations”
We had a lovely holiday, until my husband became very poorly the hotel did not have any idea how to deal with a medical emergency situation, they called a ambulance, no support, not helpful, this should be looked at and a plan should be put in place for guests, as I’m sure these situations will hap… more
