We have now spent six days at the hotel and still have a few days left. I wanted to write this review while everything is still fresh in my mind. The mixed reviews we read before arriving made us a little concerned, but after staying here I honestly feel the hotel deserves five stars, even though there are a few areas that could be improved. The staff have been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Cristina at the pool bar, who has provided outstanding service with every day. The pool and beach area are definitely five-star. There are plenty of comfortable lounge areas to choose from, with sunbeds featuring thick mattresses as well as beanbags and daybeds, and there have always been enough for everyone. The private beach is beautiful, with crystal-clear water, and the main pool is quite large. However, another pool better suited for families and children would be a great addition. The existing pool is fairly deep, and adults can only stand comfortably in a small section, which can become a bit crowded. A French company organizes activities at the hotel, but they are primarily aimed at French-speaking guests. This didn’t bother us very much, but I can understand why some guests feel that the activities should be more inclusive for all nationalities. We originally booked a family room, which turned out to be a standard room with a bunk bed added. For a family of four, it felt quite cramped. Fortunately, after a couple of days the hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger room, which made a huge difference and significantly improved our stay. If you are travelling as a family of four, I would definitely recommend booking one of the larger room categories. The rooms are bright, modern, clean, and well maintained. As others have mentioned, the showers are unfortunately poorly designed, so water easily runs across the bathroom floor. Thankfully, this is easily managed with a couple of extra towels. The food is probably more in line with what you would expect from a good three- or four-star all-inclusive hotel rather than a luxury five-star resort. That said, the restaurant itself has a calm and pleasant atmosphere, much more relaxed than at many all-inclusive hotels. Breakfast, however, is excellent and truly deserves five stars, although freshly squeezed juice would have been a nice addition. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it advertised a kids’ club. Unfortunately, there isn’t one, which was disappointing for our younger child. Thankfully, the wonderful pools and beach have more than made up for it. Overall, we think this is a beautiful hotel with great potential. There are certainly a few things that could be improved, but considering that the hotel has only recently opened, they have done an impressive job. We have had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it. We would definitely consider coming back in the future and wish the team all the best as they continue to develop what is already a lovely resort.

The staff were consistenly friendly, professional and attentive.We would especially like to thank the hotel manager, whose warm hospitality, professionalism and genuine willingness to help made a lasting impression. Hotel does not meet the standards expected of the Radisson brand or a 5-star resort. We are staying in a bungalow, so the conditions in the main hotel building may be better. At first glance, everything looks modern, but many things have been finished very poorly. For example, after taking a shower, the entire bathroom is flooded because the drainage is poorly designed, and there is no shower screen or enclosure to keep the water inside the shower area. The soundproofing is also very poor, and the doors are badly fitted, so you can hear almost everything from the neighbouring rooms. The surroundings are beautiful. The resort is set among olive trees, the grounds are spacious, and the private beach is a real advantage. However, the nearest town is quite far away. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the resort is disappointing. I would especially ask the hotel management to pay more attention to the area around the restaurant entrance. It often looks dirty and untidy, which creates a poor first impression and is not very inviting before a meal. I hope this area will be cleaned and maintained more regularly. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The food is average and does not stand out, while the cocktails are really disappointing. I paid a very good price for this stay, so I do not regret my choice. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
