“Intimate boutique hotel”

Attentive and friendly staff at this unique small hotel in Zone 10. The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. Loved the garden areas on every level and the rooftop cafe serves up delicious breakfasts!

“Great for a 1-night stopover”

We stayed here for 1 night on two separate occasions. The hotel is in a good, safe and convenient location for a quick stop-over in Guatemala City. We used it for one night between driving from Lake Atitlan and getting a coach bus to Rio Dulce the next morning, and then again after arriving by coach bus from Rio Dulce and getting a flight to Mexico City the next day. Each time we stayed we had a different room, so this review is an amalgamation of the two visits. The hotel is located a short distance (3 blocks) from a large shopping mall and supermarket, ideal if you need groceries or a meal. The walk feels generally safe, but at night might be more of issue as one block is along a poorly lit area with broken sidewalks. The restaurant in the hotel is pretty decent, nothing spectacular, but sufficient for a late night dinner or a good breakfast. The restaurant is located on a terrace with nice views. The hotel has internal green spaces, and we found the views from the rooms were nice as they looked out on trees. Each room had a small balcony. Wifi was strong in both rooms. The beds were comfortable and A/C worked well. The shower was large with plenty of hot water. Bottled drinking water was provided. There is no safe in the room. The staff was very friendly and a huge shout-out to the doorman as he was very helpful in looking out for our Uber driver and alerting us when they arrived. The only downside to this hotel was the lack of soundproofing of the rooms. Road noise was easily heard and the noise from other customers in the hallways and the slamming of doors was quite loud. For a 1-night stopover in Guatemala City, this hotel is ideal!

“Very good...But..”

Standard modern room, well furnished but not very spacious for two persons. Modern bathroom.  Very clean. Staff of the  hotel  very helpful. Standard modern room, well furnished but not very spacious for two persons. Modern bathroom.  Very clean. Staff of the  hotel  very helpful. Nice location of their restaurant on the top, Breakfast included, various choices...But staff in the restaurant could be more friendly with their clients. As for diner, very limited choice and not tasty. Yet very good restaurants in the neighborhood.

“Good Hotel !”

Hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and they were both very good. My only complaint is that we were in room 1 which faces the street and it was very noisy. You could he… more

Hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and they were both very good. My only complaint is that we were in room 1 which faces the street and it was very noisy. You could hear traffic and people all night. There is no insulation at all. The shower pressure was very low as well and it took almost 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower.
