“Excellent choice”
Lovely hotel in the shopping center of Amsterdam. The check-in was fast, the room was spacious and the concierge was very helpful. The hotel has a nice gym, the lobby is spacious and very welcoming. Great value for location and room size. Highly recommended.

“Excellent experience”
Great Concierge staff, assisted us in getting quick treatment for a dental emergency. The breakfast staff is wonderful and very accommodating.

“Weird room but good location”
Hotel is in a great location , but room had internal stairs which made it awkward to move around - wasn’t what I expected for a superior room Staff were excellent but the room cleaning ( start) and reception had stained soft furnishings - could be better maintained

Beautiful clean rooms with Egyptian crisp white cotton sheets. Loved the on site steam room and spa. Nice location. I would advise to check your room first as first room we were allocated had no external view. Windows were into the foyer. No access or view to outside and I felt very claustrophobic.… more

“Excellent Location”
Excellent location, less than 5 mins walk from Amsterdam centraal station. Good room size, amenities, polite staff and excellent service. The only negative was scaffolding covering my room window means I had no view hence giving 4 stars. The overall experience was very good.
