Very friendly staff and the whole atmosphere of the hotel is warm, fun and welcoming. We had an issue with our heating, which they were not able to fix immediately, so Marica, the very kind and helpful receptionist, upgraded us to a better room and also gave the whole family a free breakfast. Comfortable beds and no noise from the street even though it's right opposite the train station.

I was in Maastricht for a few days to attend TEFAF. This hotel is right across from the train station, which makes it easy to grab a taxi or to take a train further afield. I was in Maastricht for a few days to attend TEFAF. This hotel is right across from the train station, which makes it easy to grab a taxi or to take a train further afield. Even so, the location is quiet and charming. The hotel staff were all friendly and everyone at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. I had a medium room with a courtyard view; the decor is clean and simple, with a modern, slightly quirky aesthetic. Although the bathroom was not large, it was smart and efficient in its design, so it didn't feel cramped and I had enough room for my toiletries etc. The room's size was perfectly sufficient for a single person traveling for work, and I was grateful for the desk and chair. Breakfast is around the corner, in a bright space with a nice selection of food, although if you require a large hot meal to start your day you'll need to go elsewhere. I was perfectly happy with the fresh fruit, rolls, etc. It's a quick walk across the river to get to the pedestrian zone, where there are loads of shops and restaurants. Maastricht is absolutely charming and I look forward to returning in the future, and would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

As a hotel directly across the central station it's very convenient. The room I had was big enough that you could have 4 people sleeping in it and that was for there most basic room. As a hotel directly across the central station it's very convenient. The room I had was big enough that you could have 4 people sleeping in it and that was for there most basic room. The only thing that was a bit less was the patio with in the hotel. It felt a bit barren at the moment. But a basic clean up and a bit of love is all it needs.

The hard boiled eggs were burned which I didn't held possible...the rooms are fine, but there was a terrible noisepollution caused by a ventilation-machine on the roof of the hotel (about 3 meters in front of the window).
