“Reasonable hotel in good location”
Stayed for a short break visiting the Christmas markets. Good location and accessible to the town. Hotel rooms a little dated but clean and warm with housekeeping daily. Food good choice and plenty. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good stay for a few nights.

“Decent place to stay”
We were comfortable enough here, but it wasn't fantastic. Pros are a nice location - by the train station and a short walk to downtown Valkenburg, and far enough out that it's quiet. “Nice hotel, lacking staff”
The hotel itself was great, very nice pool area. However staff were lacking. An 18 year old bartender was offering minors alcohol and the receptionist wasn’t helpful when a group of young children were trapped in the lift.
