“Alp hotel amsterdam”
Absolutely perfect customer service. They came in at night to check us in, and even gave us cues about the social norms and respect. The room was very nice and overall a good place to be. 10/10, would recommend

“Definitely stay again”
They are accommodating, gave full direction with maps and provide taxi service when we requested. They always had complimentary hot tea and a varied assortment of coffee’s/ lattes/ cappuccinos at all hours of the day and night. “Alp hotel - January 2025”
Alp hotel may not be the biggest hotel in Amsterdam, but it might be the nicest. Staff members were always present, nice and helpful. They were also friendly. We had an overall good customer experience. I would surely recommend Alp hotel to anybody on a budget

“Spectacular”
The hotel was beautiful, in a perfect location for travelling to the centre of town. There is a lovely breakfast spot very close called “the breakfast club”. The hotel offers converter plugs for a deposit of £5 each. They also offered free hot drinks and a selection of cold drinks for cheap pricing… more
