“Valentino Rocks.”
Lovely hotel - Valentino provided excellent service and was very friendly, pointing me in the direction of FREE COFFEE. Bastion hotels also have great hold music on their phone system, which is really great to dance to.

No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. Do not advertise that you can request a kettle when the answer will be no. If there is an electrical problem, fix it. In the long term, it is an investment in your hotel. No table in the room. There is plenty of space to put it. Cheap plastic cups instead… more
