We stayed at Grand Hotel Downtown in a Superior room which was a good size and on the ground floor. The bed was comfortable although pretty soft, which I think other people have posted about. It had an ok location. 15. - 20 min walking distance to the beginning of downtown or youvtake tram 17, but the trams are not cheap.
