We got upgraded to a room facing the canal which was lovely. The room was small but spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was quite at night and the staff were also very friendly.

We stayed in the canal view double rooms and they were absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants and the centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the canal view from my bed made the hotel
