“Great staff and location”
Perfect location for exploring Leiden. Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful during our stay. Nice room and lovely breakfast. As recommended by the hotel staff, we used the Haagweg parking which was very easy with fast dropoff and pickups from the hotel. Would definitely recommend to… more

“pleasant stay”
Great place in the center of Leiden. Really enjoy the hotel room and I would recommend it to others. A pleasant addition would be some more power outlets although this was not a big problem. Thank you Best Western for this awesome stay.

“Character hotel”
Stayed for one night as part of a cycling holiday. Hotel is an old building. I’d say that whilst it has basic amenities, it has real character and was good to stay for one night. Great location for walking into Leiden. Breakfast was nice and the welcome from reception was friendly.

“Essential”
The room's set-up is a bit too crowded, but it's still quite comfortable. Everything's clean. You have to be careful and keep the bathroom's door closed when you shower since the steam could activate the fire alarm inside the room, but that's basically the only thing to "worry" about.
