We stayed for 6 nights. When we arrived we realized that we had an upper floor room and my travel companion is handicapped and since they do not have an elevator that was not going to work. No problem, they not only gave is a room on the bottom floor, but also gave us a bigger room at no extra charge! Though breakfast was not included you could buy it in advance for your entire stay. It was one of the breakfasts I have ever had, fresh bread, brie, cold cuts, fresh fruit, oranges, apples, two different types of yogurt, three different kinds of cereals, both scrambled and hard boiled eggs, croissants, raisin bread buns, bacon, honey, jam, chocolate sprinkles, Nutella, two different kinds of juices, every type of coffee from cappuccino to lattes, and more. Incredible and all delicious! The room though spartan, had all needs covered and was very clean. The mattresses were ok, but could have been a bit better. My only complaint was the lighting. There was insufficient lighting in both the bedrooms and bathroom. I love to wear makeup when I'm on vacation, I don't always get the chance when I'm home and found the lighting bad. The bathroom was clean but they did not offer wash cloths, so we improvised and used a hand towel, not the end of the world. The water was nice and hot and it never ran out. We also had dinner several times at the restaurant, though the menu was limited everything we had was delicious. A bit expensive, but like my grandmother used to say, better expensive than not for sale. The service in the restaurant was top notch at all times. One of the fun things about the hotel was that there was a place to rent bikes within walking distance. Though we didn't take advantage of that this time, we will definitely do it when we come back in the summer. There was plenty of parking and the hotel is very centrally located, just a couple of kilometers from a major highway that will take you anywhere you need to go. All in all, it was a great stay and we will probably stay here again.

“Smelly room with dirty walls and spider nets on the ceiling”

Pictures were obviously misguiding. We had a room that smelled like a very old room, walls were dirty. All the ceiling had bits of spider nets. Not pleasant experience. Even smth like Ibis budget is much nicer. I cannot recommend it.

“Tired and dated”

Friendly staff, very good shower, but room tiny, beds small, and overall site and buildings old, tired and dated. Needs complete renovation. Lots of road noise. Breakfast just about acceptable but not great.

“Hotel is ok but breakfast horrible”

Mostly clean room but they don't clean every day. The breakfast price is 12 euro and for this price it's horrible. Cheap bread, not fresh. Omelette was cold! Doesn't have a good taste altogether. I would recommend this hotel only for one night stay if you don't have much money

Personnel is very friendly and room is quite comfortable and the bathroom ok and spacious. The window shutters make it completely dark for a good night rest. Large parking area around the rooms. A small bar in the restaurant, but only limited selection of softdrinks available. -/- Different prices for 2 rooms (but, was corrected on the spot, payback was done immediately). Dirty walls and smudgy bedframe. Tv signal/reception below standard for Dutch systems. No safe in the room. There could have been a large coat rack, instead of the 2 small hooks on the wall. 1x 220V socket in the bathroom (?) and the next one available at 2 mtrs high (?) above the bureau. Nothing next to be bed (for charging your phone overnight and still have close access...).
